There are two types of juice processing. One is the juice made from juice concentrate/powder; the other one is the juice made from fresh fruit.

Syrup melting and emulsification (water-powder mixing)
It is the stainless steel tank with an emulsification mixer installed on the top of the tank; the speed of the emulsification mixer will be very fast to throw the material in the center of rotor to stator. Then through tooth clearance of stator, and shearing, collision and crush between rotor and stator.
The tank integrates the function of mixing, emulsifying, homogenizing, solving and crushing. It can be in the industry of dairy, beverage, food etc.


The heating way for the cleaning liquid is auto-heating, the operating principle: set the cleaning temperature through the temperature controller to control the steam control valve’s opening frequency to limit the steam amount making the cleaning liquid keep at needed temperature, all the tanks liquid level in the CIP system adopt the auto-alarm, it will be increased the concentrated acid and alkali through manually way when the cleaning liquid concentration reduced, the cleaning process transforming should be operated by the manually to change some relevant pipelines and valves, workers should increase the water when the tank lack of water.

Continuous spraying sterilizer is designed and made on the basis of absorbing and digesting abroad machine.
