1. First loosen the nut of the fully automatic filling machine and then adjust the screw so that the position of the firm rod changes accordingly. As a result, the push-pull length of the syringe will also change accordingly to achieve the goal of free adjustment of the dispensing volume. The screw is adjusted clockwise to increase, and vice versa, the decrease is indicated by the pointer.
2. Tighten the nut immediately after the adjustment, so that the lower solid rod and the crank are firmly fixed.
3. Unscrew the nut, and determine the exact position of the upper solid rod according to the push-pull length of the different syringe. After the lower solid rod is adjusted, turn the crank to make the syringe turn to the upper dead point, and then lift the outer tube of the syringe about 2mm to avoid If the needle tube is damaged, and then tighten the nut, the machine can be turned on.
4. Turn on the switch after confirming that the various devices of the gas- filled beverage filling machine are correct. During production, the crank drives the syringe to pull up and down to draw the liquid, adjust the rate knob, select the filling rate that matches, start the normal speed, and adjust the governor knob. The hour hand dispensing rate is fast, otherwise the rate is slow.
The carbonated beverage filling machine will produce some foam during the production process, and the foam overflows or drips on the machine, which will cause obstruction and local pollution to the goods to be canned.
At this time, it is necessary to carry out some cleaning work on the filling machine. If it is not handled properly when cleaning the filling machine, it will cause problems such as rusting of the carbonated beverage filling machine. It is necessary to clean the filling machine in a timely and correct manner. When filling the mouth of the machine, it must not be cleaned with water, but with a special cleaning agent. This is because during the filling process, the filling machine is corroded by acid and alkali, and the filling port is easy to rust. The cleaning agent can effectively remove rust. Apply the cleaning agent evenly on the surface of the filling machine, then slowly wipe it with a damp cloth to wipe the body of the filling machine clean. Finally, use a clean dust-free cloth such as dust-free sponge and non-woven fabric to dry the liquid on the surface of the filling machine ; wait for the machine to dry naturally.
