The bottle guide system has a simple structure and can be quickly and conveniently changed according to the bottle type. The whole machine adopts a bottleneck structure for conveying.
The whole machine is automatically controlled by PLC, and faults are displayed online, such as blocked bottles and caps missing.
The material in the filling tank is automatically controlled, and the liquid level is detected by a liquid level sensor to ensure stable liquid level and reliable filling.
2. Rinsing part
The small carbonated beverage production line is a rotary rinsing machine, which is mainly used for rinsing new bottles of beverages, water and other products. The bottle is then sent to the filling machine for filling of the product.
The PET bottle enters the equipment from the bottle-separating star wheel, the bottle mouth is clamped by the clamp and the turning mechanism, and the bottle mouth is turned down, rinsed with sterile water, drained, automatically turned over to the bottle mouth facing up, and transported to the filling machine through the bottle outlet star wheel.
The main structure of the equipment is in contact with the flushing medium and the external protective cover is made of high-quality stainless steel; open gear transmission.
Brand new stainless steel clamps, simple structure, easy to adjust; less contact area with the bottle mouth, effectively avoiding secondary pollution to the bottle mouth. 3. Twist the cover part
In the cap screwing part of the small carbonated beverage production line, the caps arranged by the cap unscrambler are screwed onto the filled bottles, and the caps are sent to the subsequent process by the conveyor chain.
The cap screwing machine drives the turntable to rotate through the reducer. Make the cover leave the hopper from the cover outlet under the action of centrifugal force.
There is a front and back cover separation device at the outlet. When the back cover passes by, the cover will automatically fall into the return pipe, and the back cover will be automatically blown into the hopper by wind.
Only the front cover can enter the chute smoothly, and the amount of cover in the hopper is automatically detected by the photoelectric switch to control the cover conveyor to ensure that the lower cover achieves high-quality results.
When the front cover enters the slideway, it can enter the cover feeding tray smoothly. In order to prevent accidents, an anti-reverse cover dial is arranged on the slideway to ensure that the cover entering the cover feeding tray is correct. A pair of Photoelectric switch, when no cover is detected, it will stop the host immediately.
In order to effectively remove the broken cover without anti-theft ring and the remaining cover when cleaning the hopper, there is a movable outlet directly opposite the hopper outlet to meet this function.
